摘  要:现阶段,我国新疆主干型果园进行行间绿肥播种时机械设备与作业环境适配性差,导致播种效果欠佳。为此,对播种部件进行针对性设计,运用EDEM软件对燕麦种子运动状态进行仿真分析模拟,对结果使用Origin软件中LogisticCum模型进行排种轴转速和排种轴工作长度与排种量之间的非线性拟合,确定函数关系,拟合结果R^(2)值为0.99535,具有统计学意义。运用Fluent软件对气吸式排种器进行模拟分析,确定圆盘厚度为2mm、转速为2r/min、型孔数量为20、气吸室负压为2kPa、型孔直径为1.5mm时各部位气流参数。模拟结果满足苜蓿种子播种条件且与理论计算结果相符。通过田间试验验证,结果符合绿肥混合播种要求,验证了仿真软件对排种部件进行模拟设计的可行性。At this stage,the mechanical equipment and the working environment of the main trunk orchards in Xinjiang in the new country are poorly adapted to the sowing of inter-row green manure,resulting in poor sowing effect.The seeding parts were designed,the oat seed motion state was simulated by EDEM software,and the results were simulated using the LogisticCum model in Origin software for nonlinear fitting between the speed of the seeding axis and the working length of the seeding axis and the displacement amount.The function relationship is determined,and the resulting R^(2) value is 0.99535,which is statistically significant.The fluent software was used to simulate and analyze the air suction type type type,and the air flow parameters of each part were determined when the disc thickness was 2mm,the speed was 2r/min,the number of holes was 20,the negative pressure of the suction chamber was 2kPa,and the diameter of the hole was 1.5mm.The simulation results meet the conditions for sowing alfalfa seeds and are consistent with the theoretical calculations.Field test verification was carried out,and the test results met the requirements of agricultural machinery agronomy,and the feasibility of simulating the design of the nested parts was verified by using simulation software.
