摘 要:谷子种子丸粒化技术可以使谷子种子粒径、质量明显增大,便于精量播种。为提高谷子种子丸粒化合格率,对谷子种子进行丸粒化试验,通过对谷子种子在不同转速下的丸粒化过程进行仿真模拟,探索转盘转速对其影响规律,并基于仿真结果进行二次回归正交旋转组合试验,确定各影响因素间的显著性和交互作用。研究结果表明:选用较为适宜的转盘转速对谷子种子丸粒化作业效果具有至关重要的意义,且谷子种子丸粒化合格率随电机转动频率、混合时间的增加先增加,而后趋于稳定;随下粉量、下水量的增加先增加,后减小;确定了最优参数组合,即电机转动频率、混合时间、下粉量、下水量分别为43.6Hz、402s、134.83g、85.77g时,丸粒化合格率能达到95.0%。研究结果可为模拟谷子种子丸粒化提供新的思路,为实现谷子机械化播种提供参考。Millet seed pelleting technology can significantly increase the particle size and quality of millet seeds,which is convenient for precise sowing.In order to improve the qualified rate of millet seed pelleting,the experiment of millet seed pelleting was carried out.By simulating the pelletizing process of millet seeds at different rotational speeds,the influence of the rotational speed of the turntable on it was explored.And based on the simulation results,a quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combination test is carried out to determine the significance and interaction between the influencing factors.The simulation results showed that the selection of a more suitable rotary speed was of great significance to the effect of millet seed pelleting.And the pass rate of pelletizing first increased with the increase of motor rotation frequency and mixing time,and then tended to be stable;with the increase of the amount of powder and water,it first increased and then decreased.The optimized results showed that when motor rotation frequency,mixing time,powder loading and water loading were 43.6Hz,402s,134.83g,and 85.77g,the pelletizing pass rate of the pelletizer was 95.0%.This study created a new idea for simulating millet seed granulation,and provided a reference for the next development of millet mechanized sowing.
