摘 要:以进一步提升割草机的收割修剪综合效率为目标,从识别的精准度层面入手,基于形态学与光谱成像技术展开优化研究。以通用智能型割草机的作业结构组成为切入点,深入理解形态学与光谱成像的算法机理,建立两者的协同算法识别与检测模型,并针对割草机完成相关联模块的软件程序控制及硬件组件配置,形成协同处理的高效能割草机装置。展开整机协同识别处理与检测作业试验,结果表明:基于形态学与光谱成像协同的割草机整体识别检测能力较单一的算法应用有显著优势,准确率与特征分类精度分别相对提升5.40%和7.65%,识别覆盖率可相对提升7.80%;整机避障识别误差大幅度下降,系统稳定,显著提高了割草机的综合检测效率,有利于农艺园林智能化管理的实现。In order to further improve the comprehensive efficiency of the mower harvesting and trimming,optimization research was carried out based on the morphology and spectral imaging technology from the level of recognition accuracy.Taking the operation structure composition of the general intelligent lawn mower as the starting point,we deeply understood the algorithm mechanism of morphology and spectral imaging,then established the synergistic algorithm recognition and detection model,completed the software program control and hardware component configuration of the associated modules for the lawn mower.Form a high-performance mower device for the synergistic processing,and carried the synergistic identification processing and detection operation test of the whole machine,The results showed that the overall recognition and detection capability of the mower based on the cooperation of morphology and spectral imaging had significant advantages over the single algorithm application.The accuracy of this synergistic algorithm and the feature classification accuracy could be relatively improved by 5.40%and 7.65%,and the recognition coverage could be relatively improved by 7.80%;The identification error of obstacle avoidance of the whole machine was greatly reduced,the system was stable,and the comprehensive detection efficiency of the mower was better improved,which would be conducive to the realization of intelligent management of agricultural gardens.This synergistic design concept would provide reference ideas for the improvement of similar agricultural machinery,and have strong promotion and application value.
