摘  要:为满足个体农户对小型玉米秸秆揉丝机的使用需求,设计了9FH-40型玉米秸秆揉丝机,主要由动力系统、机架、喂料系统、粉碎揉丝系统、排料系统等构成,秸秆从不同喂料口进入,在锤片、齿板、筛网等相互作用下可分别完成揉丝和粉碎作业。整机动力选配7.5kW三相异步电机,主轴额定转速3200r/min,揉丝腔中锤片空间分布方式采用交错排列,共包含16个锤片。对锤片转子、排料装置及筛网等关键零部件进行了结构设计及参数计算,并对整机工作性能进行了试验评价。结果表明:设备生产率为620kg/h,玉米秸秆丝化率为92%,满足设计要求。In order to meet the needs of individual farmers for the use of small corn straw kneading machine,the 9FH-40 type of corn straw kneading machine was designed,which included power system,body frame,feeding system,crushing and kneading system,and discharge system.When the straw entered from different feeding ports,they could respectively complete the kneading and crushing operations under the interaction of hammer,tooth plate and screen.The three-phase asynchronous motor(7.5kW)was selected for the power of the whole machine,the rated speed of the main shaft was 3200r/min,and the spatial distribution of hammers in the kneading room was staggered arrangement,included 16 hammers in total.The structure design and parameter calculation of key components(hammer rotor,discharge device,screen)were carried out,and the working performance of the whole machine experimented and evaluated.The experiment results showed that the productivity of the machine is 620kg/h,and the corn straw kneading rate is 92%.The experiment results have good agreement with the design requirements.
