摘  要:针对现有谷子排种器条播时重播严重的问题,结合农艺要求,设计了一种鸭嘴式谷子穴播排种器,并分析了排种器的工作过程,确定了排种器与鸭嘴式扎穴器的组合以及排种器转速、取种管直径、取种管角度。采用响应面优化试验,分析了排种器转速、取种管直径、取种管角度对穴粒数合格率、漏播率及重播率的影响,结果表明:在取种管角度为55°、取种管直径为8.5 mm、排种器转速为60r/min时,穴粒数合格率为96.70%,漏播率为1.74%,重播率为1.56%,排种性能较优。In view of the serious replanting of the existing millet seed metering device during drilling,a duck billed millet hole sowing device was designed in combination with the agronomic requirements.The working process of the seed metering device was analyzed,and the combination of the seed metering device and the duck billed hole opener was determined,as well as the rotation speed of the seed metering device,the diameter of the seed tube,and the angle of the seed tube.The response surface optimization test was used to analyze the effects of the rotation speed of seed metering device,the diameter of seed collecting tube,and the angle of seed collecting tube on the qualified rate of hole number,the rate of missed seeding,and the rate of replanting.The test showed that when the angle of seed collecting tube was 55°,the diameter of seed collecting tube was 8.5 mm,and the rotation speed of seed metering device was 60 r/min,the qualified rate of hole number was 96.70%,the rate of missed seeding was 1.74%,and the rate of replanting was 1.56%.The seeding performance was better.This study can provide a reference for the design of millet precision seed metering device.
