摘 要:为解决花椒收获过程中的摘净率低、损伤率高的问题,在现有结构基础上,基于梳刷摘果原理对采摘装置、传动装置等零部件进行设计和分析,确定了影响花椒采收机采摘效果的因素。利用ADAMS软件,以采摘装置梳刷滚筒转速、梳刷滚筒与喂入口间距、两梳刷滚筒间距为影响因素,以花椒果实未损伤摘净率为检测目标,进行响应面仿真分析试验。结果表明:梳刷滚筒转速对花椒果实未损伤摘净率影响极其显著,梳刷滚筒与喂入口间距、两梳刷滚筒间距影响比较显著。最优参数下,即梳刷滚筒转速531r/min、两梳刷滚筒间距70.6mm、梳刷滚筒与喂入口间距46.7mm时,花椒果实未损伤摘净率为96.6%。研究结果可为后续花椒采收机的研究提供参考。In order to solve the problems of low net rate and high damage rate in the harvesting process of peppercorns,on the basis of the existing structure,this paper studies the principle of combing and brushing fruit picking,designs and analyzes the picking device,transmission device and other parts,and determines the factors affecting the picking effect of the peppercorn harvester.The ADAMS software was used to take the speed of the comb drum of the picking device,the distance between the comb drum and the feeding inlet,and the spacing between the two comb brush drums as the influencing factors,and the undamaged picking rate of Zanthoxylum bungeanum fruit as the detection target,and the response surface simulation analysis test was carried out.The test results showed that the speed of the comb drum had a significant effect on the undamaged harvesting rate of Zanthoxylum bungeanum fruits,and the spacing between the comb drum and the feeding inlet and the spacing between the two comb drums had significant effects.Optimal parameters:the speed of the comb drum is 531r/min,the distance between the two comb rollers is 70.6mm,and the distance between the comb drum and the feeding inlet is 46.7mm,at this time,the undamaged harvesting rate of Zanthoxylum bungeanum is 96.6%,which can provide a useful reference for the subsequent research of Zanthoxylum harvester.
