种薯水射流切口质量仿真分析与试验研究

摘  要:为了获取最佳切割压力和移动速度,提高水射流种薯切块的切口质量,首先论述了水射流种薯切块和金属刀具切块的机理,分析切口拉伸及塑性流变以及切割裂纹对种薯损伤的影响;然后建立种薯、水射流离散元模型和金属刀具的实体模型;最后进行二因素三水平仿真试验,并比对水射流切块和金属刀具切块的效果。结果表明:水射流出口压力250MPa、移动速度0.5m/s时,切割效果最好;水切过程中,种薯切面受力远小于刀切过程,最大受力为刀切的1/4;种薯应力集中于切口处,种薯切块无明显受力情况;种薯块茎切口处粘结键断裂数目小于刀切过程,水切对马种薯切口损伤更小,切割质量更好。In order to obtain the best cutting pressure and moving speed,the cutting quality of water jet seed potato was improved.Firstly,the mechanism of cutting seed potato by water jet and metal cutting tool was analyzed,and the effect of cutting crack on seed potato damage was analyzed.Then,the discrete element model of seed potato,water jet and solid model of metal cutting tool were established.Finally,two factors and three levels simulation tests are carried out to compare the effects of water jet cutting and metal cutting tool cutting.The experimental results show that the best cutting effect is achieved when the water jet outlet pressure is 250MPa and the moving speed is 0.5m/s.In the process of water cutting,the force on the surface of seed potato was much less than that of knife cutting,and the maximum force was 1/4 of that of knife cutting.In the process of water cutting,the stress of seed potato was concentrated in the incision,and the seed potato cut had no obvious stress.The number of bond breakage at the tuber incision of seed potato in the water cutting process was smaller than that in the knife cutting process,and the water cutting had less damage to the incision of seed potato and better cutting quality.
