摘 要:中低温煤焦油中含有大量酚类化合物,加氢转化过程中会造成氢耗及污水处置费用增加。从粗酚提取、粗酚精制两个角度介绍了中低温煤焦油中混合酚化合物的提取以及混合酚中单质酚的纯化工艺技术,对相关工艺技术的优势及不足进行了对比。探讨了中低温煤焦油中酚类化合物提取的技术发展趋势,认为三废排放更少的有机溶剂萃取法是粗酚提取的工业化发展趋势,烷基化反应后分离仍是目前最有效、工业化可行性最高的甲酚同分异构体的高效分离工艺技术。Low medium temperature coal tar contains a large amount of phenolic compounds,which can cause hydrogen consumption and increase wastewater treatment costs during the hydrogenation conversion process.The extraction of mixed phenolic compounds in medium and low temperature coal tar from the perspectives of crude phenol extraction and crude phenol refining was introduced,as well as the purification process technology of elemental phenols in mixed phenols.The advantages and disadvantages of related process technologies were compared.The technological development trend of extracting phenolic compounds from medium and low temperature coal tar was explored,and it was believed that the organic solvent extraction method with less three waste emissions was the industrial development trend of crude phenol extraction.The separation after alkylation reaction was still the most effective and industrially feasible high-efficiency separation process technology for cresol isomers.
