摘 要:基于过渡金属(氢)氧化物葡萄糖电化学传感器具有成本低、体积小、灵敏度高、线性检测范围宽等优点,通过一种新型电化学阴极沉积法构建了一种新型非晶态Ni(OH)_(2)无酶葡萄糖传感器,该传感器对葡萄糖的检测展现了优异的电化学活性:检测灵敏度高达4022μA·L·mmol^(-1)·cm^(-2),线性响应范围0.25μmol/L~1 mmol/L,检出下限低至70 nmol/L,抗干扰能力强,在0.5 mol/L NaOH溶液中具有优异的稳定性与选择性。The non-noble transition metal oxide/hydroxide glucose electrochemical sensors have been recognized as the most promising glucose sensors with the several attractive features of stable,inexpensive,implantable,portable,and miniaturize for their fast,accurate and reliable route to determine the glucose concentration.The synthesis of amorphous nickel hydroxide was repored as the non-enzymatic glucose sensor material,via a novel and simple electrochemical deposition method.The as-synthesized amorphous Ni(OH)2 holded great potential in glucose monitoring and detecting as n on-enzymatic glucose sensors with high sensitivity of 4022μA·L·mmol^(-1)·cm^(-2),wide linear range of 0.25μmol/L~1 mmol/L,low detection limit of 70 nmol/L,good long-term stability and excellent selectivity in 0.5 mol/L NaOH solution.
