摘 要:以45钢为基体材料,在其表面制备了Ni-P/纳米SiC复合镀层,研究了复合镀层的微观结构及热处理性能。结果表明:Ni-P/纳米SiC复合镀层由细小的胞状物构成,胞状物均匀致密,完全包覆于基体表面,复合镀层表面未见孔洞等缺陷。镀层由Ni、P、Si、C等元素构成,弥散分布Si元素、C元素来自镀层中SiC粒子。热处理后,复合镀层显微硬度、耐腐蚀性优于热处理前的复合镀层。Ni-P/nano SiC composite coating was prepared on the surface of 45 steel.The microstructure and heat treatment properties of the composite coating were studied.The results showed that the Ni-P/nano SiC composite coating was composed of fine cells,which were uniform and dense,completely coated on the substrate surface,no holes or other defects were found on the surface of the composite coating.The coating was composed of Ni,P,Si and C elements,and the dispersive distribution of Si and C elements comes from SiC particles in the coating.After heat treatment,the microhardness and corrosion resistance of the composite coating were better than those before heat treatment.
