摘 要:群青蓝是一种无机矿物颜料,在塑料中具有极好的耐光性、耐晒性、耐候性和耐光性,其折射率与塑料相近,透明度高。但其有一个致命的缺点,即遇酸即会快速变色,因此提高群青蓝的耐酸性能的研究具有重要意义。主要研究粒子表面的改性方法,分析包膜厚度及包膜前后粒径对其着色性能的影响。利用FTIR、XRD、SEM和粒度仪探究了群青粒子的表面结构、晶型和粒径对群青着色性能的影响,证明了可通过控制粒径提高包膜后群青颜料的着色性能。Qunqing Blue is an inorganic mineral pigment that has excellent light resistance,sun resistance,weather resistance,and light resistance in plastics.Its refractive index is similar to that of plastics and its transparency is high.But it has a fatal drawback,it will quickly change color when exposed to acid.Therefore,research on improving the acid resistance of indigo blue is of great significance.The modification methods of particle surface was mainly studied,the influence of coating thickness and particle size before and after coating on its coloring performance was analyzed.The effects of surface structure,crystal structure,and particle size of ultramarine particles on the coloring performance of ultramarine pigments were investigated using FTIR,XRD,SEM and particle size analyzer.It was demonstrated that the coloring performance of coated ultramarine pigments can be improved by controlling particle size.
