摘  要:不同的注塑工艺条件会影响聚丙烯微观结构及力学性能,主要研究了注射速率(v)、注射压力(P_(1))、保压压力(P_(2))、保压时间(t)和熔体温度(T)五个参数对高流动抗冲共聚聚丙烯SP531冲击强度和弯曲模量的影响,并分析了注塑条件与力学性能的关系,结果表明:对于高流动SP531,最佳的注塑条件为注射速率30%,注射压力2 MPa,保压压力4 MPa,保压时间40 s,熔体温度200℃。Different injection molding process conditions will affect the micro-structure and mechanical properties of polypropylene.The effects of injection rate(v),injection pressure(P_(1)),holding pressure(P_(2)),holding time(t)and melt temperature(T)on the impact strength and the flexural modulus of high flow impact polypropylene SP531 was studied,and the relationship between injection molding conditions and mechanical properties was analyzed.The results showed that for high flow SP531,the optimal injection conditions were as fllows:injection rate was 30%,injection pressure was 2 MPa,holding pressure was 4 MPa,holding time was 40 s,melt temperature was 200℃.
