摘 要:以呼伦贝尔煤矿开采区的煤矸石为原料,经粉碎、活化、酸浸、碱浸和蒸干得到氧化硅粉体,再和壳聚糖联合制备氧化硅壳聚糖复合吸附材料。采用吸附实验研究了吸附材料对水中亚甲基蓝的吸附性能,并研究了初始浓度、吸附时间、溶液pH、吸附剂用量等对吸附效果的影响。实验结果表明:吸附材料在亚甲基蓝初始浓度为20 mg/L,吸附时间120 min,pH=6,吸附剂用量为4 g/L,吸附温度为303 K时,染料亚甲基蓝去除率达到68.7%。Using coal gangue from Hulunbeier coal mine as raw material,silica powder was obtained by grinding,activation,acid leaching,alkali leaching and evaporation,and then combined with chitosan to prepare silica chitosan composite adsorption material.The adsorption performance of methylene blue in water was studied by adsorption experiments,and the effects of initial concentration,adsorption time,pH of solution and the amount of adsorbent on the adsorption effect were studied.The experimental results showed that when the initial concentration of methylene blue was 20 mg/L,the adsorption time was 120 min,pH=6,the dosage of adsorbent was 4 g/L,and the adsorption temperature was 303 K,the removal rate of dye methylene blue reached 68.7%.
