摘 要:维生素E具备良好的抗氧化和补充营养物质的功能,在如医疗保健用品、食品、化妆品、畜牧业等多种方面都具有广泛的应用。离子液体催化合成维生素E是绿色化学的一个研究热点,近年来也得到了一定的研究成果,其中以季胺盐与咪唑两类离子液体为主。以合成的新型[Et 3NH]Br/ZnBr 2离子液体为催化剂,三甲基氢醌和异植物醇为原料合成维生素E,测得维生素E收率为92.3%。本文在维生素E的合成中采用紫外双波长的方法去除了离子液体对紫外波长造成的影响,同时测定了样品中维生素E含量,得到的方法回收率为97.71%,为工业上生产维生素E提供了快速有效的检测手段。Vitamin E has good antioxidant and nutritional function,and is widely used in such as medical care products,food,cosmetics,animal husbandry and other aspects.The catalytic synthesis of vitamin E by ionic liquid is a research hotspot of green chemistry.In recent years,some research results have been obtained,which are mainly season amine salt and imidazole.The new[Et 3 NH]Br/ZnBr 2 ionic liquid was used as catalyst,trimethylhydroquinone and isophytoalcohol were used as raw materials to synthesize vitamin E,and the yield of vitamin E was 92.3%.The method of ultraviolet double wavelength was used to remove the influence of ionic liquid on ultraviolet wavelength in the synthesis of vitamin E,and the content of vitamin E in the samples was determined,and the recovery rate was 97.71%,which provided a rapid and effective detection means for the industrial production of vitamin E.
