摘 要:采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱检测方法对锡矿中锌、铜、铁、铅、砷、锑、铋元素进行分析。锡矿样品以盐酸、硝酸、氢氟酸为消解液,经微波消解后,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪测定消解液中锌、铜、铁、铅、砷、锑、铋元素含量。在选定的测定条件下,锌、铜、砷、锑、铋元素在浓度0~5 mg/L范围内,铁、铅元素在浓度0~20 mg/L范围内,线性关系良好,方法的检出限在0.0008%~0.0016%。该方法简便快速,稳定性好,结果准确可靠,适用于锡矿中常规元素含量的分析。A inductively coupled plasma spectrometry(ICP-OES)method by microwave digestion was developed to determine seven elements in tin ores.The samples of tin ore was digested by hydrochloric acid-nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid by microwave digestion.The zinc,copper,iron,lead,arsenic,stibium and bismuth elements in the tin ore were determined by inductively coupled and plasma emission spectrometry.Under the optimum analytical conditions of spectrometer,zinc,copper,arsenic,antimony and bismuth were in the concentration range of 0~5 mg/L,and iron andlead were in the concentration range of 0~20 mg/L.The linear relationship was good.The detection limit of the method at 0.0008%~0.0016%.The method was sample,accurate and stable,and suitable for routine determination of metallic elements in tin ores.
