摘　　要：建立了5-(4-溴苯基)-4,6-二氯嘧啶高效液相色谱法测定有关物质和含量的分析方法。以自身对照法计算未知杂质含量,按外标法计算已知杂质和主成分含量。使用Waters XBridge■-C_(18)色谱柱,流动相为0.1%磷酸和乙腈,梯度洗脱;检测波长210 nm。已知杂质在0.1~2.0μg·mL^(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率在90%~110%,其RSD小于5%。该方法快速、准确,适用于5-(4-溴苯基)-4,6-二氯嘧啶有关物质和含量分析方法的检测。A high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of 5-(4-bromophenyl)-4,6-dichloropyrimidine related substances and content was established.The content of unknown impurities with self-comparison,andthe contents of known impurities and principal components by external standard method were calculated.A Waters XBridge■-C_(18) column was used with the mobile phase of 0.1% phosphoric acid and acetonitrile,gradient elution at the detection wavelength of 210 nm.It was linear for known impurities in the range of 0.1~2.0μg/mL.The average recovery was bewteet 90% to 110%,and the RSD was less than 5%.The method was accurate,fast and suitable for the determination of 5-(4-bromophenyl)-4,6-dichloropyrimidine related substances and content.
