摘  要:粗锡是锡精矿在一定条件下经过还原熔炼后得到的产物,经过火法精炼或电解精炼可以得到精锡。粗锡中含有铜、铅、锑、铋、铁、砷、硫等杂质元素,这些杂质元素含量的高低会对后续精锡和锡产品的性质造成不同程度的影响,准确测定这些杂质元素的含量非常重要。本文在试验的基础上,研究并建立了Na_(2)EDTA滴定法测定粗锡中铋的分析方法。样品用盐酸分解,加入氢溴酸除去锡、锑、砷等杂质元素。方法相对标准偏差为0.97%~1.40%,加标回收率98.63%~100.25%。通过与ICP-AES测定结果对比,本方法的测定结果基本一致。方法的准确度和精密度较好,能满足分析要求,可以用于粗锡中铋的测定。Coarse tin is the product obtained from tin concentrate through reduction smelting under certain conditions,and refined tin can be obtained through pyrometallurgical refining or electrolytic refining.Coarse tin contains impurity elements such as copper,lead,antimony,bismuth,iron,arsenic,sulfur,etc.The content of these impurity elements will have varying degrees of impact on the properties of subsequent refined tin and tin products.Accurately measuring the content of these impurity elements is very important.On the basis of experiments,a method was established for the determination of bismuth in crude tin by Na_(2)EDTA titrimetric method.The samples were decomposed with hydrochloric acid and hydrobromic acid was added to remove impurities such as tin,antimony,and arsenic.The relative standard deviations were between 0.97%~1.40%,the recoveries of standard addition were between 98.63% and 100.25%.The results were consistent with those obtained by ICP-AES.The accuracy and precision of the method were good,which could meet the analysis needs and could be used for the determination of bismuth in crude tin.
