摘　　要：液压式隔膜计量泵由于其优越性在建筑行业得到广泛应用,针对某核电站海水淡化加药系统调试试验过程中,出现了多数的液压式隔膜计量泵出力不足的现象,总结了加药计量泵的原理、试验方法,分析了可能导致故障的原因以及相对应的处理方式,给出了隔膜式计量泵的日常维护保养建议,为操作人员正确操作设备,防止故障发生,快速响应缺陷提供借鉴。The hydraulic diaphragm metering pump has been widely used in the construction industry due to its advantages.In view of the fact that during the commissioning test of the seawater desalination dosing system of a nuclear power plant,most of the hydraulic diaphragm metering pumps have insufficient output.The principle and test method of the dosing metering pump was summarized,the possible causes of failures and the corresponding treatment methods was analyzed,and the daily maintenance suggestions of the diaphragm metering pump was given.A reference was provided for operators to correctly operate the equipment,prevent failures and quickly respond to defects.
