摘  要:为提高基于聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)的摩擦纳米发电机(TENG)的输出性能,采用静电纺丝法制备PVDF/GO(氧化石墨烯)复合纳米纤维,并组装成垂直接触-分离式TENG,探究GO质量分数对由PVDF/GO复合纳米纤维组成的TENG的输出性能的影响。通过COMSOL软件对TENG的输出性能进行模拟仿真,分析TENG在不同极板距离下的电势和电能密度的变化规律,为TENG的工作原理提供理论支撑。通过扫描电子显微镜对PVDF/GO复合纳米纤维的形貌结构进行表征,并采用数字示波器对基于PVDF/GO复合纳米纤维的TENG的输出性能进行表征。结果表明:当GO质量分数为0.06%时,基于PVDF/GO复合纳米纤维的TENG具有良好的输出效率,其输出电压约为350 V,短路电流约为28μA,在阻抗匹配条件下,最大峰值功率约为9.66 mW,其功率密度约为3.86 W/m2。基于PVDF/GO复合纳米纤维制备的TENG具有良好的输出性能,能为120个发光二极管(LED)供电,因此在能量收集领域具有潜在的应用前景。Polyvinylidene fluoride/graphene oxide(PVDF/GO)composite nanofibers were fabricated by electrospinning technology,to enhance the output performance of triboelectric nanogenerators(TENG)based on PVDF.These nanofibers were assembled into vertically contact-separate TENG to investigate the influence of GO mass fraction on the output performance of TENG composed of PVDF/GO composite nanofibers.By utilizing the COMSOL software,the output performance of the TENG was simulated and analyzed,and the variations of electric potential and electric energy density at different electrode distances were observed.This study provides theoretical support for the working principle of TENG.Moreover,the morphology and structure of the PVDF/GO composite nanofibers were characterized using scanning electron microscopy,while the output performance of the TENG based on PVDF/GO composite nanofibers was characterized using a digital oscilloscope.The results indicate that the TENG based on PVDF/GO composite nanofibers exhibits excellent output efficiency when the GO mass fraction is 0.06%.The output voltage is approximately 350 V,and the short-circuit current is around 28μA,and under impedance matching conditions,the maximum peak power is approximately 9.66 mW,with a power density of approximately 3.86 W/m^(2).The TENG prepared using by PVDF/GO composite nanofibers exhibits excellent output performance,capable of powering 120 LEDs,thereby demonstrating potential application prospects in the field of energy harvesting.
