摘　　要：人才振兴是乡村振兴的关键因素。应当厘清农业职业本科大学生服务乡村振兴的必然要求,揭示农业职业本科大学生服务乡村振兴意愿的现状。应采用“课堂理论+企业锻炼+田间劳作”的教学模式、共建“学校+农企+乡村”的协同育人平台、完善乡村基础设施和公共服务,提高农民的地位和收入。Talent revitalization is the key factor of rural revitalization.It is necessary to clarify the inevitable requirements of agricultural vocational college students to serve for rural revitalization,reveal the actual status of agricultural vocational college students’willingness to serve for rural revitalization.The teaching mode of“classroom theory+enterprise exercise+field work”should be used,a collaborative education platform of“school+agricultural enterprise+countryside”should be built,rural infrastructure and public services should be perfected,and the status and income of farmers should be improved.
