摘　　要：许多学者认为,台湾地区首部中文莎士比亚戏剧演出在1949年2月28日,由福建漳州赴台的芗剧团编导陈大禹组建的“实验小剧团”在台北第一女中上演,剧目是由莎剧《奥赛罗》改编的《疑云》。然而,《疑云》是否真正演出过,却成为笼罩在台湾地区戏剧界的一团疑云。通过梳理台湾地区戏剧界就《疑云》1949年演出与否所做的论述,可以厘清这部莎剧的演出真相,并以此论证内地莎剧对台湾地区莎剧演出的早期影响和海峡两岸莎剧表演错综复杂的关系,以期进一步探究光复初期台湾地区文化重建的措施及意义。According to the records,the first Chinese performance of Shakespeare’s play in Taiwan was staged by the“Little Experimental Theatre”in No.1 Female High School of Taipei on February 28th,1949.The Theatre was established by Chen Dayu,a director of Xiang opera,who came to Taiwan from Zhangzhou,Fujian Province.The play Clouds of Doubt was adapted from Shakespeare’s Othello.However,whether the play was staged as scheduled has become a cloud of doubt hanging over the theatre field of Taiwan.By combing the statements on whether Clouds of Doubt 1949 was staged or not,I can reveal the truth concerning the Shakespearean adaptation and demonstrate the influence of the Mainland on the early performance of Shakespearean plays in Taiwan and the intricate relations on Shakespearean performances across the Taiwan Strait,so as to further explore the measures and significance of the cultural reconstruction in Taiwan during the early revival period.
