摘　　要：随着我国高速铁路的不断发展,高铁乘客的需求也由基础的交通通勤需求不断提升至更高级别的乘车体验需求。文章以高铁站台乘车流程为研究重点,针对站台乘车导向标识以及安全警示设施设计两方面展开研究,以解决传统站台地面车厢号标识不清晰和安全警示不到位的问题。同时,通过设计可变的LED电子地标和可实时传达乘车信息的多功能立柱,为候车站台场景构建全新的服务系统。以期提升乘客乘车的体验性和安全性,同时减轻工作人员的工作压力。With the continuous development of China's high-speed railway,the demand of high-speed rail passengers has also been upgraded from basic transportation and commuting needs to higher levels of ride experience needs.This paper focuses on the process of riding on the platform of high-speed railway,and studies the design of the platform ride guidance signs and safety warning facilities,so as to solve the problems of unclear and inadequate safety warnings on the traditional platform ground car numbers.At the same time,through the design of variable LED electronic landmarks and multi-functional columns that can convey real-time ride information,a new service system is built for the waiting platform scene.To improve the passenger experience and safety issues,while reducing the work pressure of staff.
