摘 要:纵肋顶板焊接细节疲劳失效严重威胁钢桥运营安全,而轮载纵向距离是影响该细节疲劳寿命的因素之一。文章以某大跨度斜拉桥主梁桥面板为研究对象,基于断裂力学分析,计算了不同纵向轮距下纵肋顶板焊接细节焊根处裂纹的应力强度因子,并得到了疲劳寿命。研究发现,当纵向轮距超过1600mm后,疲劳寿命明显延长。建议疲劳验算时结合实桥车流情况,合理选定等效疲劳车纵向轮距。The fatigue failure of the welding details of the longitudinal rib top plate seriously threatens the safety of steel bridge operation,and the longitudinal distance of the wheel load is one of the factors affecting the fatigue life of the detail.Taking the main beam deck slab of a large-span cable-stayed bridge as the research object,based on the fracture mechanics analysis,the stress intensity factors of cracks at the weld root of the welding details of the longitudinal rib top plate under different longitudinal wheelbases are calculated,and the fatigue life is obtained.The research shows that,when the longitudinal wheelbase exceeds 1600mm,the fatigue life is significantly prolonged.It is recommended to reasonably select the equivalent longitudinal wheelbase of the fatigue vehicle during the checking calculation of fatigue in combination with the actual traffic flow of the bridge.
