摘 要:为分析高速公路铣刨重铺和加铺罩面两种修复性养护措施的综合效益,从路面结构承载能力、路面使用寿命、耐久性和社会经济效益方面进行对比分析。结果表明:与铣刨重铺4cm相比,加铺4cm罩面使路面结构承载力提升24%,使用年限增加3年,疲劳寿命增加3×106次,可延缓路面反射裂缝的产生和发展,提升路面耐久性,且加铺罩面产生的废旧铣刨料较少,施工便捷,具有显著经济效益。当原路面结构完好,材料性能指标满足要求并具备高速公路单幅双向保通施工条件时,建议优先选用加铺罩面方案。In order to analyze the comprehensive benefits of two kinds of corrective maintenance measures of expressway milling and resurfacing and overlay,the comparative analysis is carried out from the aspects like the bearing capacity of pavement structure,service life of pavement,durability and social and economic benefits.The results show that:compared with milling and resurfacing of 4cm,the overlaying of 4cm can increase the bearing capacity of the pavement structure by 24%,the service life can be increased by 3 years,and the fatigue life can be increased by 3×106 times,which can delay the occurrence and development of pavement reflection cracks and improve the durability of pavement.The waste milling material produced by the overlay is less,and the construction is convenient,with significant economic benefits.When the original pavement structure is intact,the material performance index can meet the requirements.When meeting the construction conditions of the single-width two-way guarantee of expressway,it is recommended to give priority to the overlay scheme.
