长三角学术精英的成才周期及影响因素研究

摘  要:精英人才的成才周期和成才规律一直是学界的研究热点。基于收集的近20年长三角“长江学者”特聘教授基础信息,分析了该群体的成才周期及影响因素。研究发现,学术精英平均成才周期为13.1年,接近国外研究发现的精英人才“十年成才”规律;成才周期存在显著的学科差异,自然科学学者的成才周期最短。从影响因素来看,学科类别、教育流动和海外学习工作经历都对成才周期具有显著影响。促进学术精英人才更好成长与更快发展,需要优化高等教育贯通制培养制度,提升海外工作经历在人才引进和评价时的权重,审慎看待精英人才的职业流动经历。The growth cycle and rules of elite talents have always been a hot topic in academic circles.Drawing upon comprehensive data collected over the past two decades regarding"Changjiang Scholars,"this study examines their career development cycle and influential factors.The study found that the average growth cycle of academic elites is 13.1 years,which is close to the"ten-year growth rate"rule for elite talents found in foreign studies.There are significant disciplinary differences in the growth cycle,with natural science scholars having the shortest growth cycle.From the perspective of influencing factors,subject category,educational mobility and overseas study and work experience all have a significant impact on the talent development cycle.To promote better growth and faster development of academic elites,it is necessary to optimize the higher education training system,increase the weight of overseas work experience in talent introduction and evaluation,and treat the career mobility experience of elites prudently.
