支板型线对压气机中介机匣性能影响的试验研究

摘  要:为了明确支板对中介机匣气动性能的影响,本文针对某一舰船燃气轮机压气机中介机匣的2种不同支板开展了对比试验研究。试验结果显示:在0.2、0.3和0.4Ma工况下,改型支板较原型支板中介机匣的出口总压损失系数分别降低37%、79%和77%,原型支板尾迹损失远大于改型支板,但主流区域油流和气动测量结果相似。这说明主流区域轴向压力变化不受支板型线影响,但相较于原型支板,改型支板能够有效降低中介机匣的气动损失。To clarify the influence of struts on the aerodynamic performance of the intermediate duct,a comparative experimental study was conducted on two types of struts of the same compressor intermediate duct in a ship gas turbine.Results showed that the total pressure loss coefficient of the modified struts decreased by 37%,79%,and 77% at 0.2,0.3,and 0.4Ma,respectively.The wake loss of the prototype strut was much greater than that of the modified strut,but the oil flow in the mainstream area was similar to the aerodynamic measurement results,implying that the axial pressure change in the main flow is unaffected by the profile of the struts.However,compared with the original strut,the modified struts can effectively reduce the aerodynamic loss of the intermediate duct.
