摘  要:针对低频隔声问题,本文提出一种穿孔板-膜腔复合型隔声结构。基于有限元法建立了隔声结构单胞模型,开展了单胞模型声学特性分析及构型优化;在此基础上,建立大尺寸穿孔板-膜腔复合型隔声板数值仿真模型,探究其隔声性能及框架对隔声性能的影响规律,结合仿真结果开展多层薄膜型隔声板隔声性能研究;建立穿孔板-膜腔复合型隔声罩仿真分析模型,分析多层薄膜型隔声罩的隔声性能,设计附加吸声材料的多层薄膜型隔声罩;研制隔声罩样件,实验证明该样件具备较好的低频隔声性能。To solve the low-frequency sound insulation problem,a perforated plate-membrane cavity composite sound insulation structure was proposed.Using the finite element method,a single-cell model of the sound insulation structure was established to analyze the acoustic characteristics of the single-cell model and optimize its configuration.On this basis,a numerical simulation model of a large-sized perforated plate-membrane cavity composite sound insulation plate was established to investigate its sound insulation performance and the influence of the frame on sound insulation performance.The sound insulation performance of the multilayer membrane-type sound insulation plate was studied by combining simulation results.The simulation analysis model of the perforated plate-membrane cavity sound insulation shield was established to analyze the sound insulation performance of the multilayer membrane-type sound insulation shield.A sample sound insulation shield was developed.This work confirms that the sample exhibits better low-frequency sound insulation performance.
