摘　　要：通过对上海市“十四五”新城规划建设要求的分析,配合绿色低碳、数字智慧、安全韧性的空间治理新模式建设,探讨嘉定、青浦、松江、奉贤、南汇五个新城在现有基础上的国省干线公路养护维修工程设计标准进行提升的思路,形成一套更加具有针对性和适用性的设计指南,以更好地服务于新城的规划建设,提升管理水平。Based on the analysis of the planning and construction requirements of Shanghai's"14th Five-Year Plan",and with the construction of a new model of green,low-carbon,digital intelligence,and safe and resilient spatial governance,this paper discusses how to improve the design standards of national and provincial trunk highway maintenance and repair engineering in five new urban districts of Jiading,Qingpu,Songjiang,Fengxian and Nanhui on the existing basis.Form a set of more targeted and applicable design guidelines to better serve the planning,construction and management of the new urban area.
