摘　　要：就目前上海市对交通建设工程开展独立市场监管的基本情况进行阐述,分析现有监管体系下所暴露出的问题,以监管中存在的问题作为思考方向,提出优化交通建设工程市场监管的部分建议举措。This paper expounds the basic situation of independent market supervision of traffic construction projects in Shanghai,analyzes the problems exposed under the existing supervision system,takes the problems existing in supervision as the direction of this paper,and puts forward some suggestions and measures to optimize the market supervision of traffic construction projects.
