摘  要:长距离重力流管道采用定向钻技术主要受地质情况、水文条件、现场施工环境、埋深等因素的影响。本文结合厦门市324国道提升改造工程污水管道定向钻穿越工程实例,全面介绍了管道采用定向钻技术的基本原理及研究现状,系统阐述了重力流管道在硬土层采用定向钻工艺的导向过程控制、回拖改进措施及钻进过程中遇到突发事件的解决方案,为类似长距离重力流管道在硬土层施工采用定向钻技术提供工程参考。The directional drilling technology for long distance gravity flow pipelines is mainly affected by geological conditions,hydrological conditions,site construction environment,burial depth and other factors.Combined with the directional drilling project of sewage pipelines in the upgrading and reconstruction project of National Highway 324 in Xiamen,the paper comprehensively introduces the basic principles and research results of the current situation of the directional drilling technology for pipelines,and systematically expounds the guiding process control,backhaul improvement measures and solutions to emergencies encountered during the drilling process of the gravity flow pipelines in hard soil.It provides engineering reference for similar long distance gravity flow pipeline construction in hard soil by using directional drilling technology.
