摘　　要：运用文献资料法和文本分析法,对习近平总书记关于全民健身工作重要论述的理论依据、逻辑理路、理论贡献与鲜明特征进行研究。研究得出:习近平总书记立足于新时代民族伟大复兴的背景条件和社会的主要矛盾,围绕全民健身工作作出了重要论述,深刻阐述了全民健身的重要作用和实践价值,厘清了全民健身与民族复兴的主要脉络,诠释了全民健身工作的系统性与全面性,分析了全民健身在人民、社会与国家中的逻辑关系,厘清了全民健身战略、体育强国战略与健康中国战略的框架体系;习近平总书记关于全民健身的重要论述承袭和升华了马克思主义体育观,为新时代中国特色社会主义全民健身事业的发展做出了开创性贡献,具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。This study employs literature review and textual analysis to interpret and analyze General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important theoretical exposition on national fitness,including its theoretical basis,logical reasoning,theoretical contributions,and distinctive features.The research indicates that General Secretary Xi Jinping,in light of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new era and the principal social contradictions,has delivered important expositions on national fitness,profoundly elaborating on its essential role and practical value.He has clarified the main context of national fitness in relation to national rejuvenation,expounded on the systematic and comprehensive nature of national fitness programs,analyzed the logical relationships of national fitness within the context of the people,society,and the state,and elucidated the framework of national fitness strategy,the strategy of building a sports powerhouse,and the Healthy China strategy.General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on national fitness inherits and elevates Marxist views on sports,making groundbreaking contributions to the development of socialist national fitness with Chinese characteristics in the new era,thus possessing significant theoretical significance and practical value.
