关于推动好房子建设助力中国式现代化住房发展之路的研究与思考

摘　　要：党的二十大报告提出要增进民生福祉,提高人民生活品质,不断实现人民对美好生活的向往,以中国式现代化推进中华民族伟大复兴。住房和城乡建设部也要求牢牢抓住让人民群众安居这个基点,以努力让人民群众住上更好的房子为目标,大力提高住房品质,为人民群众建设好房子。本文分析了推动好房子建设对于助力中国式现代化建设等方面的重要作用和意义,梳理了推动过程中政策、标准、科技、产业、人才、国际合作、宣传推广等方面的困惑和问题,并提出了相关工作推进建议。The report to the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to improve people’s livelihood,upgrade people’s quality of life,constantly realize people’s aspiration for a better life,and promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese-style modernization.The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development takes the human habitat at the core,with the goal of providing better housing,greatly improving the quality of housing,and building better housing for the people.This paper analyzes the important role and significance of promoting better housing construction in facilitating Chinese-style modernization,summarizes the confusions and problems in the promoting process such as policies,standards,science&technology,industry,talents,international cooperation,publicity and promotion,and puts forward suggestions for promoting relevant work.
