摘 要:针对地铁施工沿线房屋数量多、建筑情况复杂、施工影响评估难度大、工期及资金受限无法逐一进行详细安全鉴定的情况,提出基于施工影响程度和房屋现状的“宏观安全评估法”。该方法经厦门地铁1-6号线沿线1430栋房屋验证具有可行性,并基于工程实践提出多条简化评估标准和信息化管理建议,可为地铁施工前沿线房屋安全评估提供借鉴。The subway construction is faced with many difficulties,such as the large number of residential buildings along the subway construction line,the complex construction conditions,the difficulty of construction impact assessment,and the difficulty of detailed safety appraisal due to the limited construction period and capital.A macro safety assessment method based on the construction impact degree and the current housing situation is proposed to address these situations.This method has been verified to be feasible by 1430 housing along Xiamen Metro Line 1-6.Based on engineering practice,multiple simplified evaluation standards and informatization management suggestions have been proposed,which can provide reference for the safety assessment of housing along the subway before construction.
