摘 要:混凝土作为一种广泛使用的建筑材料,其在凝固和硬化过程中会产生热量,这种热量的产生和散发对结构的质量和安全性有重要影响。在超高层建筑中,由于混凝土体积较大,这种温度变化尤为关键。因此,有效控制和管理混凝土在固化过程中的温度变化,对于确保建筑结构的安全和可靠至关重要。文章首先介绍了混凝土水化反应过程中温度升高的基本机理,然后详细阐述了多种温度控制技术,包括冷却水循环系统的设计与实施、测温元件的选择、混凝土温度的实时监测技术。此外,文章还探讨了在特殊气候条件下如何保障混凝土结构的温度控制,以适应不同环境条件下的建筑需求,旨在为超高层建筑中大体积混凝土的温度智能控制提供理论基础和实践指导。Concrete,as a widely used construction material,generates heat during the process of solidification and hardening,and this heat generation and dissipation have a significant impact on the quality and safety of structures.In high-rise buildings,where the volume of concrete is large,temperature changes become particularly critical.Therefore,effectively controlling and managing the temperature changes during the curing process of concrete is crucial to ensure the safety and reliability of building structures.This article firstly introduces the basic mechanism of temperature rise during the hydration process of concrete,and then elaborates on various temperature control techniques,including the design and implementation of cooling water circulation systems,selection of temperature sensing devices,and real-time monitoring technology for concrete temperature.Additionally,the article explores how to ensure temperature control in concrete structures under special climatic conditions,to adapt to the building requirements in different environmental conditions.The aim is to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for intelligent temperature control of large-volume concrete in high-rise buildings.
