摘　　要：本文介绍了1例猪链球菌感染的化脓性脑膜炎患者的成功救治过程,探讨多学科诊疗模式(multi-disciplinary treatment,MDT)在特殊病例救治中的应用,主要包括医务部牵头,护理部、医院感染管理科、重症医学科、感染科、药剂科、检验科、神经内科参与,共商诊疗计划,专科执行,达到了准确研判病情,精准施治的目的,最终取得满意疗效的结局。The successful treatment process of a patient with Septogenic purulet infected with Streptococcus suis is presented.The application of multi disciplinary treatment in the treatment of special cases was explored,mainly led by the Department of Medical Affairs,with the participation of the Department of Nursing,the Department of Hospital Infection Management,the Department of Critical Care Medicine,the Department of Infection,the Department of Pharmacy,the Department of Laboratory Medicine,and the Department of Neurology.A common diagnosis and treatment plan was discussed and executed by the specialties,and finally the effect of accurate study of the condition and precise treatment was achieved.The final result was satisfactory.
