摘　　要：为探索绿色创新网络的演化特征,给政府绿色技术创新体系建设提供科学依据,以2001—2020年长三角地区精细化工行业绿色合作网络为研究对象,运用社会网络分析方法,以5年为一个阶段划分阶段,从网络演化过程和网络结构特征等视角,对绿色创新网络与传统创新网络进行比较。研究发现,绿色创新网络的规模在不断扩大,但仍呈现分散化特征;绿色创新网络呈现明显的“小世界”性;绿色创新网络企业主体以中小型企业为主,持续进行绿色创新的企业在数量上较为匮乏。因此,加强绿色创新政策持续引导,提高对中小型企业政策扶持力度,激发产业龙头企业绿色创新动力,是绿色技术高质量创新体系建设的重要抓手。To explore the evolutionary characteristics of the green innovation network and provide a scientific foundation for the construction of the government's green technology innovation system,this study focuses on the green cooperation network within the fine chemical industry in the Yangtze River Delta region from 2001 to 2020.Utilizing social network analysis and segmenting the study into five-year intervals,it examines the green innovation network from the perspectives of network evolution and structural characteristics,comparing it to traditional innovation networks.The research reveals that while the scale of the green innovation network is expanding,it still exhibits a decentralized nature;the network demonstrates a pronounced"small-world"phenomenon;and it is primarily composed of small and medium-sized enterprises,with a scarcity of firms continuously engaged in green innovation.Therefore,strengthening the continuous guidance of green innovation policies,enhancing policy support for small and medium-sized enterprises,and stimulating the green innovation motivation of leading industrial enterprises are crucial for the construction of a high-quality green technology innovation system.
