后ART时代艾滋病治疗面临的挑战与展望

摘　　要：后抗逆转录病毒疗法(antiretroviral therapy,ART)时代,艾滋病逐渐转为慢性传染性疾病,HIV/AIDS的治疗难点主要集中在艾滋病的HIV潜伏、慢性炎症反应与免疫重建不良及长期服用药物对患者生活质量的影响,而治疗的优化方向则更偏向于患者生命质量的改善及HIV靶向基因疗法的研发工作。本文现总结近年来艾滋病的治疗中面临的挑战与相关进展,为未来艾滋病的治疗提供方向。In the post-ART era,AIDS has gradually turned into a chronic infectious disease.The treatment difficulties of HIV/AIDS mainly focus on the HIV latency,chronic inflammation and poor immune reestablishment of AIDS,as well as the impact of long-term ART use on patients′quality of life.The optimization direction of AIDS treatment is more inclined to the improvement of the quality of life of patients and the research of HIV targeted gene therapy.This article summarizes the challenges and progress in the treatment of AIDS in recent years,and provides the direction for the treatment of AIDS in the future.
