摘  要:涡旋压缩机在工作过程中密封条容易磨损,严重时会导致涡旋压缩机寿命降低。采用石墨(C)和聚酰亚胺(PI)对聚醚醚酮(PEEK)材料进行改性,三者按比例混合后利用热压机以365℃热压成型,得到C-PI-PEEK材料。将PEEK材料与改性C-PI-PEEK材料分别与45号钢球配副,并利用CFT-I型球面摩擦试验机进行摩擦试验,对比在不同载荷下两种材料的磨损性能。同时研究改性C-PI-PEEK材料在不同载荷下的磨损机理,通过扫描电镜(SEM/EDS)和3D激光扫描电子显微镜分析磨损表面转移膜的形成规律。试验结果表明:改性C-PI-PEEK复合材料较纯PEEK材料粗糙度降低,硬度增加;在不同载荷下改性C-PI-PEEK复合材料摩擦系数变小,磨损率低;C-PI-PEEK复合材料随着载荷的增加,磨损机理由疲劳磨损向粘着磨损和磨粒磨损转变,并伴有氧化磨损。The scroll compressor seal wears seriously in the working process,resulting in the scroll compressor life reduction.The PEEK material was modified by C and PI,and then mixed proportionally by hot press at 365℃ to obtain C-PI-PEEK material.The PEEK material and the modified material C-PI-PEEK were paired with 45 steel balls respectively,and the friction experiment was carried out by CFT-I spherical friction testing machine,and the wear properties of the two materials were compared under different loads.At the same time,the wear mechanism of modified C-PI-PEEK material under different loads was studied,and the formation rule of transfer film on the friction surface was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM/EDS)and 3D laser scanning electron microscopy.The experimental results show that the modified C-PI-PEEK composite has lower roughness and higher hardness than pure PEEK.The modified C-PI-PEEK composite has little friction coefficient and low wear rate under different loads.With the increase of load,the wear mechanism of the C-PI-PEEK composite changes from fatigue wear to adhesive wear and abrasive wear,accompanied by oxidation wear.
