摘　　要：建立了高效液相色谱法测定42%2甲·苯唑酮·莠去津可分散油悬浮剂的方法。采用C18反相色谱柱,以甲醇+乙腈+氨水溶液(体积比44∶44∶12)为流动相,对试样中苯唑草酮、2甲4氯异辛酯和莠去津进行分离,经二极管阵列或紫外检测器检测,外标法定量。结果表明:苯唑草酮、2甲4氯异辛酯、莠去津的线性相关系数分别为0.99972、0.99998、0.99995,分析方法标准偏差分别为0.019、0.153、0.071;相对标准偏差分别为0.969%、0.602%、0.470%;平均回收率分别为98.44%、100.77%、100.44%。A HPLC method for quantitative determination of MCPA-isooctyl+topramezone+atrazine 42%OD was established.The samples were separated by C18 reversed phase column using methanol+acetonitrile+ammonia solution(volume ratio of 44∶44∶12)as mobile phase,detected by DAD or UV detecter,and quantitated by external standard method.The results showed that the linear correlations of topramezone,MCPA-isooctyl and atrazine were 0.99972,0.99998 and 0.99995,the standard deviations were 0.019,0.153 and 0.071,the relative standard deviations were 0.969%,0.602%and 0.470%,and the average recoveries were 98.44%,100.77%and 100.44%.
