甘肃省二级及以上等级医院麻醉护理现状的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解甘肃省麻醉护理发展现况,为麻醉专科护理的规范化建设及管理提供参考。方法采用自制问卷,应用整群抽样法,对甘肃省99家二级及以上医院麻醉护理现状进行调查。结果99家医院中73所设置了麻醉恢复室(PACU);48家配置了麻醉护士,共有麻醉护士204人(三级医院165人,二级医院39人);PACU床位与手术台之比为1:2.13,护士与PACU床位之比为0.77:1;职称以初级为主;学历以本科为主;年龄以≤30岁为主。主要业务范围包括麻醉物品药品管理,PACU护理、手术间内麻醉配合与护理等。结论甘肃省麻醉护理发展水平不均衡,人力资源短缺,缺乏专科特性,需进一步加强和规范专科护理建设,促进麻醉护理的发展。Objective To explore the development of anesthesia care in Gansu Province,and provide a reference for the standardization and management of anesthesia nursing.Methods The current status of anesthesia nursing in 99 secondary and teritary hospitals in Gansu Province was investigated by a self-designed questionnaire.The interviewees were enrolled into this study by using cluster-based smapling method.Results A total of 73 hospitals had post-anesthesia care units(PACU);48 hospitals had anesthetic nursing post and there were 204 anesthetic nurses(165 from tertiary hospitals and 39 from secondary hospitals)altogether.The ratio of recovery room beds to operating bed was 1:2.13,and the ratio of nurses to PACU beds was 0.77;the occupational titles were mainly the primary title;the educational backgrounds were mainly bachelor’s degree;most of these interviewees were mainly younger than 30 years old.The main working contents were management of anesthesia supplies,drugs and apparatus,nursing in PACU,and cooperation and nursing for the anesthesia practice inside the operating room.Conclusion The current status of anesthesia nursing in Gansu Province is unbalanced and lacking of specialty characteristics.The staffing of anesthesia nurses in the secondary and teritary hospitals in Gansu Province are inadequate.Thus the standardization construction of anesthesia nursing should be further strengthened to promote the development of anesthetic care.
