摘　　要：农业农村现代化是中国式现代化的重要组成部分。党的二十大报告在对中国式现代化的内涵阐释和战略安排中,也内含了新时代新征程推进农业农村现代化的发展要求。从思想上厘清中国共产党坚持推进农业农村现代化的各项缘由,是把握中国式现代化发展方向、落实全面建设社会主义现代化国家各项工作的基础和前提。百年来,中国共产党坚持推进农业农村现代化有其深刻的理论逻辑、历史逻辑和现实逻辑。从理论上看,坚持推进农业农村现代化符合马克思主义经典作家对现代化的内涵理解,符合中国共产党人对中国式现代化的理论要求;从历史上看,推进农业农村现代化是中国共产党对我国千百年农耕文化的继承与发扬,也是探索社会主义现代化建设道路的重要经验;从当前现实来看,推进乡村全面振兴,加快农业农村现代化,实现农业高质高效、乡村宜居宜业、农民富裕富足,是中国式现代化建设的坚实基础、应有之义及价值追求。The modernization of agriculture and rural areas is a crucial component of Chinese-style modernization.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China not only interprets the essence of Chinese-style modernization but also outlines strategic arrangements,including the developmental imperatives for advancing the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in the new era.Clarifying the ideological reasons behind the Communist Party of China's commitment to this cause is essential for understanding the trajectory of Chinese-style modernization and for implementing the comprehensive agenda of socialist modernization.The Party's century-long dedication to this endeavor is underpinned by deep-seated theoretical,historical,and practical logics.Theoretically,the push for modernizing agriculture and rural areas aligns with the classical Marxist interpretation of modernization and meets the theoretical expectations of Chinese Communists for a uniquely Chinese modernization.Historically,this effort represents both a continuation and an enhancement of China's millennia-old agricultural traditions,and it forms a critical part of the Party's exploration of a socialist modernization path.In contemporary terms,driving rural revitalization and accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas to achieve high-quality,efficient agriculture,and to create rural areas that are both livable and conducive to industry,alongside ensuring the prosperity of farmers,constitutes a foundational pillar,a moral obligation,and a strategic pursuit in the construction of Chinese-style modernization.
