摘　　要：目的:构建公立研究型肿瘤专科医院高质量发展评价指标体系。方法:基于国家发布的《公立医院高质量发展评价指标(试行)》和相关文献研究构建原始指标库,借助德尔菲法函询中国科学院合肥肿瘤医院医疗、卫生领域的专家进行指标筛选,并使用层次分析法计算各级指标权重。结果:构建出公立研究型肿瘤专科医院高质量发展评价指标体系,包含以党建引领、能力提升、结构优化、创新增效和文化聚力5个一级指标,17个二级指标,其中一级指标权重系数分别为0.2095、0.1976、0.1937、0.1976和0.2016。结论:本研究构建的公立研究型肿瘤专科医院高质量发展评价指标体系设计合理,体现多维度、多方面的评价特点,重点指出党建引领和患者与医务人员的满意度是公立研究型肿瘤专科医院高质量发展评价的重点。Objective:To construct a high-quality development evaluation index system for public research-oriented oncology specialty hospitals.Method:Based on the"Evaluation Indicators for High-Quality Development of Public Hospitals(Trial)"issued by the government and relevant literature,an initial index library was constructed.The Delphi method was used to consult experts in the medical and health fields from the Hefei Cancer Hospital affiliated with the Chinese Academy of Sciences for index screening,and the Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to calculate the weights of each level of indicators.Results:The high-quality development evaluation index system for public research-oriented oncology specialty hospitals was constructed,including five primary indicators of party leadership,capability enhancement,structure optimization,innovation efficiency,and cultural cohesion,and 17 secondary indicators.The weight coefficients of the primary indicators were 0.2095,0.1976,0.1937,0.1976,and 0.2016 respectively.Conclusion:The high-quality development evaluation index system constructed in this study is rationally designed,reflecting multi-dimensional and multi-faceted evaluation characteristics,with an emphasis on party leadership and the satisfaction of patients and medical staff as the focus of the evaluation of high-quality development in public research-oriented oncology specialty hospitals.
