摘　　要：随着医疗改革的深入推进,人民群众对高质量医疗服务需求日益增加。要想更好地为患者服务,必须加强精细化管理,提高行政效能,促使科室发展着力点放到提升质量和效率上,对临床科室尤其是国家临床重点专科的管理模式有了更高的要求。首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院将精细化管理与神经外科学中心行政管理工作相结合,探索国家临床重点专科实施精细化管理的具体实践措施,以提高行政管理效能、促进学科提高核心竞争力,总结在实施过程中发现的问题并提出解决办法。With the deepening of medical reforms,the public's demand for high-quality medical services is increasing.To better serve patients,it is essential to strengthen refined management,enhance administrative efficiency,and focus departmental development on improving quality and efficiency,especially in clinical departments and national key clinical specialties.Beijing Tiantan Hospital,Capital Medical University combined refined management with the administrative management of the Neurosurgery Center to explore specific practical measures for implementing refined management in national key clinical specialties.This approach aimed to enhance administrative efficiency and promote the discipline's core competitiveness,summarizing problems encountered during implementation and proposing solutions.
