摘　　要：智慧康养休闲体育旅游是基于“智慧康养”和“休闲体育旅游”而产生的新型产业,也是“大健康”体系下的新型产业。其核心目的在于利用新型科技手段,为各阶层用户提供康养休闲体育旅游活动。以产业融合理论和创意发生理论为观察视角,解释智慧康养休闲体育旅游赋能模式的过程和特点,并由此在科技赋能、改革赋能和文化赋能层面提出建议:政府在培育科技型企业同时,企业应顺应市场导向提供个性化配套服务;政府应鼓励社会组织机构及其他社会力量共同参与,实现共同发展和互利共赢局面。Smart health and leisure sports tourism is a new industry based on"smart health"and leisure sports tourism",and it is also a new industry under the"big health"system.Its core purpose is to utilize new technological means to provide health,leisure,sports,and tourism activities for users from all walks of life.This article takes the industrial integration theory and creative generation theory as observation perspectives to explain the process and characteristics of the empowerment model of smart health,leisure,sports,and tourism.Therefore,suggestions are proposed for technology empowerment,reform empowerment,and cultural empowerment.The government should cultivate technology-based enterprises while also providing personalized supporting services in accordance with market orientation;The government should encourage social organizations and other social forces to participate together to achieve common development and mutual benefit.
