摘 要:对粗苯罐拆除作业过程进行了风险分析辨识,通过对比常用拆除方法的优缺点,确定了最优的施工方法“便携式水力切割”。以某焦化厂苯罐采用便携式水力切割实操拆除为例,提出了针对施工现场、水力切割的特点的安全技术措施,实现了“便携式水力切割苯罐”施工作业全过程安全风险管控。结果表明:使用便携式水力切割拆除焦化厂粗苯罐,可大大降低粗苯罐以及类似易爆有毒储罐拆除施工过程起火爆炸的风险,水力切割技术在粗苯罐及类似易爆有毒储罐拆除施工的方向具有广阔的应用前景,有望为焦化以及其他类似行业的安全、高效生产提供有力的技术支持。This article first identifies the risks involved in the demolition process of crude benzene tanks.Then,after comparing several existing methods,the portable waterjet cutting method is determined.Subsequently,relevant safety protection measures are formulated based on the characteristics of the construction site and waterjet cutting,ensuring that the safety risks throughout the entire construction process are under control.Finally,a benzene tank in a coking plant is taken as an example for practical operation.The results show that the portable waterjet cutting technology is effective.The use of portable waterjet cutting for the demolition of benzene tanks in coking plants significantly reduces the risk of fire and explosion during the construction process.The waterjet cutting technology has broad application prospects in the demolition of crude benzene tanks and similar explosive and toxic storage tanks,and is expected to provide powerful technical support for the safe and efficient production of coking and other similar industries.
