论中国动画产业发展模式的双重转型

摘　　要：在中国经济“双循环”和“数字化”双重转型的宏观背景之下,中国动画产业开启了新时期产业转变之路。为适应新时期中国动画产业的转型升级,必须全面完善与构建动画产业生态系统,以此规避和解决现有产业经营模式僵化、行业性组织功能失调、产业研究不聚焦、动画教育培养短板、动画内容创意欠佳等制约动画产业转型的问题。在双循环战略和数字化转型为主导的两个阶段培育期内,利用互联网新技术的支持,重点实现动画创意由“艺术家创作导向”向“市场需求导向”的转化,并以此带动产业生态系统诸功能的有效发挥。与此同时,动画作为一种世界语言,在“双循环”和“数字化”的驱动下,“一带一路”沿线国家将是中国动画产业开展文化互通、经济共赢的最好舞台,可以通过国际化经营加快中国动画产业双重转型的改革步伐。Under China's economy's dual transformation of"dual circulation"and"digitalization",China's animation industry has embarked on a new journey of industrial transformation in the new era.Therefore,the ecosystem of China's animation industry should be built and improved so as to adapt to the transformation and upgrading of the animation industry.Problems that restrict the transformation should be avoided and solved,such as the rigidity of the existing industrial business model,the dysfunction of industrial organizations,the lack of high-quality research,the shortage of animation education and training,and the insufficiency of creativity of animation content.In the cultivation period dominated by the"dual circulation"and"digitalization",the new Internet technologies will be applied to achieve the transformation of animation creativity from"artist creation-oriented"to"market demand-oriented"and bring the industrial ecosystem into full play.Besides,driven by the dual circulation and digital transformation,countries along the"Belt and Road"are the best stages for China's animation industry to promote cultural exchange and mutual economic benefit since animation is a world language.Moreover,the international operation of Chinese animation industry would also promote the industrial transformation.
