摘　　要：数字文化产业发展,只有以开发核心资源为前提,才能提升其核心竞争力和可持续的动能。数字文化产业需要的资源包括基本生产要素和先进生产要素。而先进生产要素包括数字技术、文化IP内容、优质资本等,具有更重要的价值。基于此,特提出TCI研究模式,即从技术(technology)、内容(content)、投资(investment)三大维度来研究数字文化产业的资源开发与有效整合:从技术维度看,要突出创新研发,推动先进技术的集成和应用;从内容维度看,要突出传承转化和人文引领,形成核心IP内容的优势;从投资维度看,要增强资本赋能,加快新型业态的培育。中国以国家文化战略为导向,在创新驱动、内容研发、投资赋能三个方面持续发力,在有机结合中实现融会贯通,将为数字文化产业提供强大的动力。The development of the digital culture industry must be predicated on the development of core re-sources in order to enhance core competitiveness and sustainable momentum.The resources needed for the digital cul-ture industry include basic and advanced production factors.The latter contains more valuable items including digital technology,cultural IP content and quality capital.This study proposes the TCI research model to study the develop-ment and effective integration of resources in the digital cultural industry from three major dimensions:technology,content and investment.From the technology dimension,we should highlight innovation and research and develop-ment,and promote the integration and application of advanced technologies;from the content dimension,we should highlight the transformation of heritage and humanistic leadership,and form the advantages of core IP content;from the investment dimension,we should enhance capital empowerment and accelerate the cultivation of new industry mod-els.From a global perspective,major developed countries have strengthened their strategic layout and policy guidance in this regard.With the national cultural strategy as the guide,China should continue to make efforts in the three as-pects of innovation drive,content research and development,and investment empowerment,and achieve integration in the organic combination,which will provide a strong impetus for the digital cultural industry.
