摘 要:实现农业绿色发展对作为粮食主产区的河南省具有重要意义。该研究采用熵权法,从资源节约、环境友好和经济效益3个层面构建评价指标体系,对2011-2021年河南省农业绿色发展水平进行评估。结果表明:(1)河南省农业绿色发展水平总体呈稳步增长的趋势。资源利用率不断提高,农业生态环境不断改善、农民经济效益不断提高,整体优化程度属于中等以上水平;环境友好和经济效益指标增幅明显,资源节约指标增幅较小。(2)河南省农业绿色发展势头良好。环境友好、经济效益、资源节约的贡献率分别为13.79%、45.4%和40.8%,说明河南省农业绿色发展在资源节约还有较大的发展空间。提出着力补齐农业绿色发展过程中的短板,推进河南省农业生产全方位绿色化;逐步完善农业绿色发展的顶层设计,促进农业绿色发展体制机制创新;鼓励多主体共同推动农业绿色发展,促进生产全过程绿色化等建议。Achieving agricultural green development is of great significance to Henan Province,which is a major grain producing area.Using the entropy weight method,an evaluation index system was constructed from three levels:resource conservation,environmental friendliness,and economic benefits,to evaluate the level of agricultural green development in Henan Province from 2011 to 2021.The results indicated that the overall level of agricultural green development in Henan Province was steadily increasing.The utilization rate of resources was constantly improving,the agricultural ecological environment was constantly improving,and the e conomic bene fits of farmers were constantly improving.The overall optimization level was at a medium or above level.The increase in environmental friendliness and economic benefits indicators was significant,while the increase in resource conservation indicators was relatively small.The green development momentum of agriculture in Henan Province was good.The contribution rates of environmental friendliness,economic benefits,and resource conservation were 13.79%,45.4%,and 40.8%,respectively,indicating that there was still significant development space for green agricultural development in Henan Province in resource conservation.The suggestions were proposed to make up for the shortcomings in the process of green agricultural development and promote the all-round greening of agricultural production in Henan Province,gradually improve the top-level design of agricultural green development and promote innovation in the system and mechanism of agricultural green development,encourage multiple stakeholders to jointly promote green agricultural development and promote the greening of the entire production process.construct an agricultural green development evaluation index system from three levels of resource conservation,environmental friendliness and economic benefits to assess and analyze the level of green development of agricultural in Henan Province.The results indicated that the level of agr
