摘 要:采用爆炸喷涂技术制备了Cr_(3)C_(2)-25NiCr涂层,采用SEM测试、显微硬度测试、沉积效率测试、弯曲性能表征等手段研究了喷涂距离及氧燃充枪比对Cr_(3)C_(2)-25NiCr涂层性能的影响。结果表明,当喷涂距离为250 mm、氧燃充枪比为45%时,Cr_(3)C_(2)相熔融较为充分,制备的涂层性能最优,孔隙率仅为0.52%,显微硬度达878.6 HV 0.3。涂层沉积效率随喷涂距离增大而降低,随氧燃充枪比增大而上升。喷涂距离及氧燃充枪比对涂层弯曲性能无显著影响。The Cr_(3)C_(2)-25NiCr coatings were prepared by detonation gun spraying technology.The effects of spraying distance and oxygen fuel in-gun ratio on the properties of Cr_(3)C_(2)-25NiCr coatings were studied by SEM test,micro-hardness test,deposition efficiency test and bending property characterization.The results show that when the spraying distance is 250 mm and the oxygen fuel in-gun ratio is 45%,the melting of Cr_(3)C_(2)phase is sufficient,and the prepared coating has the best performance,The porosity of the coating is only 0.52%,and the micro-hardness is 878.6 HV 0.3.The deposition efficiency of the coating drops with the increase of spraying distance,and rises with the increase of the oxygen fuel in-gun ratio.The spraying distance and the oxygen fuel in-gun ratio have no significant effect on the bending properties of the coatings.
