摘 要:为了探究对转式全回转舵桨(contra-rotating propellers,CRP)的敞水性能,开展了对转式全回转舵桨的模型试验与数值模拟。桨模和实桨因存在尺寸和雷诺数的差异,会造成流场特性的变化,而且对转式全回转舵桨的下壳体对于流场有干扰作用,采用计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)的方法,对对转式全回转舵桨的敞水性能进行实尺度和模型尺度的模拟分析,分析结果与试验值吻合良好,验证了算法的合理性。尺度效应主要体现在后桨性能与下壳体阻力的差异上,模型尺度立柱尾缘的流动分离显著,影响后桨的敞水性能,后桨的流场应考虑尺度效应,常规的尺度修正忽略了尺度效应对后桨的影响。In order to study the open water performance of azimuth thruster with contra-rotating propellers(CRP),model experiment and numerical simulation are carried out.Due to the difference of size and Reynolds number between model-scale propeller and full-scale propeller,the flow field characteristics will change,and the interference effect of lower housing to Azimuth thruster with CRP should not be ignored.Numerical simulation based on CFD are applied to predict the open water performance of Azimuth thruster with CRP at model scale and full scale.The simulation results agree well with the experimental values,showing that the method is reasonable.The scale effect is mainly reflected in the difference between the performance of the aft propeller and the resistance of the lower housing.The flow separation of the trailing edge of the strut is significant at the model scale,influencing the performance of the aft propeller.The scale effect on the inflow to the aft propeller has to be taken into account.Standard scaling methods neglect the scaling effect on the inflow velocity to the aft propeller.
